I won the system -- absolutely would NOT have purchased, and the very reason is the subscription model -- the system functions well enough, but I just can't see continuing to pay for the same few games that my child uses year after year while the vast majority of the games will never be accessed -- I hope that the model can be retooled to buy and/or lease games like cable TV -- I think that is where you will ultimately have to go

We keep updating the games and add new games to the library throughout the year. In the last 3 years, we have consistently added about 20 new games and are doing more and more in game updates. For instance, we double the amount music releases in Starri this year.

We have also made the subscription model clear at every point of sales. If you purchase Play Pass through the system, you do 7-day no question asked refund. I hope you can give Play Pass a try. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
